Nature of the Service

Canadian County Released Inmates is an independent reference site with no government role. It stores no official jail or court files and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document.

The pages point to Canadian County and Oklahoma records offices, public locators, and outside research tools. The office or provider that creates a record controls its content and access.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming another person or the service.

• Do not use the pages or tools to violate any law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone with information found here.
• Do not use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another screening decision.
• Do not attempt to enter systems or areas without permission.
• Do not operate automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers against the service.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not offer background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use any information for:

• A decision to hire, retain, promote, or dismiss a worker
• Tenant selection or any housing decision
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Links may lead to release records, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal resources, or third-party search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control the destination's content, privacy practices, data handling, prices, or availability. Review its own terms before use.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of any detail
• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• The absence of errors, bugs, or security flaws
• The scope or quality of a partner's search results

Custody and public records can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement by a sheriff, court, corrections department, or government agency.

Limits on Liability

Oklahoma Law Applies

Oklahoma law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oklahoma.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed.
